AREA OF USE
It is used in pastry, chocolate biscuits, ice cream and waffles.

FUNCTION
Adds flavor and aroma, while increasing protein and food richness. Helps chocolate melt in the mouth. It replaces carbohydrates.
 

It is obtained by crushing and pureeing roasted hazelnuts. There are three types: dark, medium and light.
